The lifting base of the pan is easy to insert into the edge and, after baking, can be pushed up slightly to lift the cake out of the pan.
The round enamel cake pan is robust, durable, and easy to clean. The edge of the cake pan is curved—in enamel jargon, this is called a beaded edge. The iron core distributes heat evenly—for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
Enamel is a natural material made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction, and even over an open flame). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored, ensuring sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
