When the kettle whistles, it's usually time for a cup of tea. The whistling sound begins as soon as the water boils. The hygienic and heat-conducting properties of enamel , combined with the shape, are perfect for healthy, fast, energy-saving, and safe boiling of water. To make the tea kettle particularly durable and long-lasting, it features an additional dark blue interior enamel coating.

The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
