This square baking pan made of baking enamel is perfect for all dishes that are baked or fried in the oven. Its exterior is red and its interior is finished in a special anthracite-colored enamel, making it particularly easy to remove from the pan.

The ovenproof dish has a curved edge—a "flanged edge" in enamel jargon—where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The dish is easy to cut with a knife.
