Our insider tip for all those who want to cook like professionals - the Riess roasting pan made of black enamel.

The rectangular shape of the roasting pan is ideal for roasting and baking in the oven. Black enamel is particularly durable and has a non-porous surface that is exceptionally smooth. This special material is cut- and scratch-resistant, acid-resistant, and easy to clean.

Enamel is naturally antibacterial and flavor-neutral. Riess cookware is also produced regionally and sustainably in Austria. All products are manufactured in a CO2-neutral manner and are fully recyclable.

Thanks to its iron core, heat is conducted and stored quickly, efficiently, and sustainably. This also means: Be careful, it's hot! Please always use a pot holder or oven mitts after baking!

Note: Riess products may exhibit minor color variations and irregularities – this is a sign of individual, handcrafted production. Typical enamel characteristics such as seams on the inside of handles or contact points are also normal.
