Our insider tip for all of us who want to cook like professionals - the Riess roasting pan made of black enamel.

The rectangular shape of the roasting pan is ideal for roasting and baking in the oven. Black enamel is particularly durable and, with a non-porous surface, particularly smooth. This special material is cut- and scratch-resistant, acid-resistant, and easy to clean.

Enamel is naturally antibacterial and odorless. Riess cookware is also produced regionally and sustainably in Austria. All products are CO2-neutral and fully recyclable.

Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted and stored quickly, efficiently, and sustainably. This also means: be careful, it's hot! Please always use potholders or oven mitts after baking!

Note: Riess products may exhibit minor color variations and irregularities—this is a sign of individual handcrafting. Typical enamel features such as seams on the inside of the handles or contact points are also normal.
