This casserole dish from Riess is, as the name suggests, suitable for all kinds of casseroles, but also for ham noodles and lasagna, but of course also for baking fruit cakes or strudel and much more.

The ovenproof dish has a generous size of 40 x 24 cm and is made of sturdy enamel. The rim of the casserole dish is rounded – a "flanged edge" in enamel jargon – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The casserole dish can be used in any oven. But be careful: always use potholders.

Enamel is a natural material made from iron fused with glass at high temperatures. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stovetops (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction, and even over an open flame).

Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking.

The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is odorless and antibacterial, as well as easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware will last a long time and retain its characteristic shine.
