As the name suggests, the casserole dish is suitable for all kinds of casseroles, including ham noodles and lasagne, but of course also for baking fruit cakes, strudel and much more.
The rim of the roasting pan is rounded – a "flanged edge" in enamel jargon – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The baking pan can be used in any oven. But be careful: always use potholders.
Enamel is made from iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. It is odorless and antibacterial, as well as easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamelware will last a long time and retain its characteristic shine.
