The following conditions apply:
Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries : Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Cyprus .
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99 per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €18.01.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €3.99 is added to the shipping costs.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Deliveries abroad :
We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3-5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
